As an honest opinion.. These are probably the worst apartments we've ever moved into for the price we pay. These apartments were CLEARLY built in a rush. The drywall work in our apartment is atrocious, you can clearly see a long strip of bead that was mudded improperly -if you know, you know- and that's just ONE example... The "bathtubs" are about a foot-or-so deep, the closets are poorly built, and there's absolutely no linen closet or storage space of any kind -unless you pay an additional fee for a storage unit-. The suite and facilities are great; the lack of maintenance (or something) that has led to more than one flood in the building is NOT. To make it worse, the management were rude and don't care at all about the position their tenants are in when their roof leaks, causing damage in the suites and people to be displaced. So disappointing for a luxury building that charges luxury prices. A
