I am a tenant at 110 Ebony Blvd(The Arc at Emerald Hills). I want to say how helpful, friendly, patient, and courteous, I always find the office staff. It is such an appreciated factor to have onsite personnel. Especially these days where so many businesses have automated support. It is becoming a luxury to deal with an actual human being. Keira, Victor, Aastha, and Sun are amazing!!! I want to say thank you again.
🌟 2/5 Stars Let’s start with the basics: this place *looks* modern, but don’t let the shiny exterior fool you. The units are cramped, storage is practically nonexistent, and the construction shortcuts are… creative. For the price, you’d expect more than a shoebox with a view. Security was another red flag.
