I have great experience with Arc but primarily due to working with Kartik. Kartik was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions clearly and was genuinely helpful every step of the way. I really appreciated his positive attitude.
Pathetic management with pathetic organization. Been living in apartment for years now and nothing but increase in rent and falling apart appliances, infrastructure and amenities. No great customer service either with agents blaming customers for speaking their voice and concerns. Complete disregard to RTA rules and resident privacy. If you can find something else in the area, please stay away from this place .
Aastha Sharma is amazing! She’s always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. It really feels like she cares about the people who live here. I’m very grateful for everything she does to make things easier for us.
