Lovely staff
The Arbuckle has truly made a night-and-day transformation. While I understand that some people may have had different experiences in the past, the recent overhaul of the property, amenities, and maintenance has been beyond impressive. From the beautiful views to the in-unit garages, premium indoor dog-washing facilities, townhome options, and resort-style amenities, this property offers a level of comfort and convenience that is hard to find at such reasonable prices. Place is disgusting 🤢🤮
Arbuckle is a terrible place to live. It's super annoying to move in and out. The carpets are disgusting in the hallways. Firepits never worked, neighbors always complained of roaches. My apartment always smelled like raw sewage, the toilets and showers get stained red for some reason... If you end up in court with them they will dismiss the case and send over 8,500 to your credit. Thankfully I have video footage of the apartment moving in and out. You have been warned!
Excellent, smooth move-in. Alyssa was outstanding. She was organized and very pleasant. The apartment was in excellent condition.
