Haven’t been able to move in for 2 weeks . They keep giving me dates that we should be able to move in and when the day comes , they tell us we have to wait another week. Poor communication. Poor management. Don’t move here.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst apartment complex we have ever had to deal with! My mother’s central air and heat has been out since November. We get a different story every time we call and ask questions for updates. And that is IF we can get anyone at all to answer the phone. I have dealing with these apartments on and off for a couple of years,Management was horrible, until Tesa was hired,she is very understanding, she does what she says she'll do,she is definitely determined to make living more comfortable here,most importantly, she listens to the tenants, and makes it easy to talk and ask questions!! Last but not least, VERY HELPFUL!! Thanks Tesa!!!!
