Amy has been the biggest blessing and greatest at getting me in an apartment in less than 2 days due to an emergency. She is the best!
Amy is very helpful ans easy to talk with and willing to help me with anything. Kenderick is very friendly and quick with work orders
This place has DRAMATICALLY gone down since the change in management- when Misty & Madison were here things were handled PROFESSIONALLY. This new crew they have in are slow with handling serious situations and come off like they’re doing you a favor. When in actuality I’m paying your salary! I would NOT RECOMMEND living here. There are other places nearby that are cheaper & you don’t have to deal with major maintenance issues and getting blown off.
Management on-site allows dogs to.poop everywhere and it's not cleaned up. Junk piled up on balconies and porches. Manager is emotionally immature and has no spine
I’ve lived here for over a year and love it here, I always recommend it to my friends / family! The maintenance Josh is always helpful and fast, as well as the manager Amy. Thankful to be apart of this little community.
