My realtor repeatedly presented this property to us. While I DESPISE ANYTHING regarding Homeowners Associations (HOAs), we ultimately acquired the property due to the low interest rate... Regarding the residences, the construction process is very fast (flimsy houses) . I find the proximity of the houses and their uniform appearance to be undesirable.
