Great costumer service!! Some of the best builder reps I’ve spoken with, and great construction managers! This is a neighborhood I would 10/10 recommend!
My realtor repeatedly presented this property to us. While I DESPISE ANYTHING regarding Homeowners Associations (HOAs), we ultimately acquired the property due to the low interest rate... Regarding the residences, the construction process is very fast (flimsy houses) . I find the proximity of the houses and their uniform appearance to be undesirable. The lack of uniqueness and individuality is noticeable this is just me comparing to other HOA communities so far iv lived her under 6 months and there have been numerous issues ... read more
