Cant understand why the elevator stay out of order, not to mention the parking lot is a recipe for disaster when it snows, no snow or ice removal at all. These are seniors and they deserve better.
It is a shame that the elevator is out again for the third time in 2 months. How are seniors to get to their cars for Doctor appointments? This is a senior apartment and needs items to work. Our repair man Richard is a charming hard working man but he is having a hard time being one man in a 120 apartment building .
I do not live here but wish I did. I was on the waiting list but had to move before an apartment was available. This place is outstanding in all aspects! I still may move if I can afford to move again
My parents moved into the Arbors at Towne Park, in Williamsburg, a little over a year ago. It is an amazing independent senior apartment community! The office staff, Ursula and Pat, are so helpful and accommodating. We had a family emergency and Pat was so caring and went above and beyond, she was phenomenal. They truly treat you like family here! All the apartments are well designed and have nice patios that overlook the beautiful, well-kept grounds.
