We pay for everything and we can’t use the pool we can’t use the gym, never clean the common areas. And now they want to increase the rent.

Tremendo problemas tienen esos edificios, las tuberías de aguas negras se tapan y se desbordan los baños en los apartamentos del piso 1, las aguas negras inundan los baños y cuartos, recién remodelaron los 3 edificio, por cierto mal y ese problema de las tuberías no lo resolvieron. Es decir si arriendan en esos edificios corren el altísimo riesgo de afectar su salud y perder sus enceres. No voten su dinero en este lugar.. es asco Vivi aka por año y medio se nos metía el agua cada vez q llovía el lugar está lleno de moho los toma corriente no funcionan si conectas algo se apagan todas las luces… Me cae agua del techo del piso de arriba pienso🫣 el baño el techo está roto sale agua es asco literal .. una serpiente 🐍 corriendo en el pasillo 🥺🥺mapache ratas 🐀 cucarachas gatos x la suciedad… Muy mal no lo recomiendo
