RecommendedI’m renting an apartment with my friends from college and the staff at the Arbors have been so helpful in the leasing process! The apartments are also beautiful and in a very nice area. Can’t wait to live here!
My two friends and I were looking for a very nice, private place to live during the school year. The staff at the office have been very helpful and understanding, especially that we are atypical residents who have no previous rental experience. The leasing process has been a bit confusing, but I believe that’s mostly because this is our first rental experience. Nonetheless, the office staff have been very kind and helpful thus far.
I am a student at Rutgers University and was looking for a place to live with 2 other friends this school year. The Arbors at Franklin leasing staff has been very helpful with any questions we had during the application process, while being very flexible with our schedules. The facilities and rooms are very clean and modern, I would highly recommend!
Dominique was so helpful in answering all out questions about the application process. Shr took us on a tour of a three bedroom apartment and showed us all the amenities of this apartment. would recommend 100%.
Dominique the leaseing agent was great. She answered all questions that my spouse and I wanted to know. It's a great community and it's well kept.
The apartments are nicely revonated and spacious. Dominique the leasing agent was incredible, answered all our questions. Her services is A1. The landscaping looks great. Truly a wonderful experience.
Very professional. I got to speak with Christina by phone who seemed welcoming and seemed to love what she does. There were no confusion when I showed up for my tour appointment today. I was welcomed by Dominique with a smile and she answered all of the questions we had. The apartment model shown was very nice and area seemed very nice as well. Presentation and appearance was great.
