Maintenance is amazing and they should give them a raise they respond quickly and are kind and helpful even if you have lots of requests they are patient and friendly and always solve the problem 🙂

Moved here from CT a week ago. So far I'm happy to say living here has been a pleasure. Jazzy went over and above to make sure our move in process was smooth and flawless. She videoed the apt so we didn't have to be here in person. She promply answered all of our questions attentively and professionally. I contacted six diffrent apts in the area none of them got back to me in a timely basis. If your looking for a apt in the Fort Mill area, look no further. Arbors at Fort Mill is the one!
Our experience moving from Florida to South Carolina was made simple knowing we were coming to the Arbors At Fort Mill . Ralph was exceptional in every way possible and the office staff is fabulous. Coming from out of state I had many questions and any emails or phone calls I made were answered quickly and professionally. Kudos to Ralph and the office staff
We were at the Arbors for about 2 years and I was hopeful when we first got there. Within the first 6 months, we started to notice a decline in how well the outside areas were kept up. Trash would be lying in the walkways and stairwells. At night, especially, there would be an abundance of roaches in the stairwells and walkways. Almost every time you would walk outside or open your patio door, you could smell Marijuana very strongly.
