Our experience moving from Florida to South Carolina was made simple knowing we were coming to the Arbors At Fort Mill . Ralph was exceptional in every way possible and the office staff is fabulous. Coming from out of state I had many questions and any emails or phone calls I made were answered quickly and professionally. Kudos to Ralph and the office staff
We were at the Arbors for about 2 years and I was hopeful when we first got there. Within the first 6 months, we started to notice a decline in how well the outside areas were kept up. Trash would be lying in the walkways and stairwells. At night, especially, there would be an abundance of roaches in the stairwells and walkways. Almost every time you would walk outside or open your patio door, you could smell Marijuana very strongly. We were literally blown away seeing and visiting the Arbors. We experienced the surroundings and the beautiful amenities first hand all while having everything explained and pointed out to us by Ralph, the brilliant property manager! I have lived at The Arbors since 2018 in 2 different apartments (2 different 2 bedroom units). I like how quickly my service requests are completed, other people are surprised I typically get same day service. I love the balconies, both sizes, they are my favorite place to relax (aside from the pool). Our pool facility is top notch. I am writing this to share my experiences here at the Arbors at Fort Mill. I have been a resident for 4 years and I love living here the apartments are well kept, the office staff is always there to assist whenever needed. The property managers are great as well. The amazing part is the Maintance Crew. They are fast, friendly knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Amenities are well kept in both the clubhouse as well as the outside areas such as the pool as well as all of the outdoor areas.
