Cons: Apartment is constantly shaking due to construction across the street. Mandatory valet trash service costs $20 a month but the trash collectors come whenever they feel like it. Office staff will yes you to death but never follow through on anything until you contact their superiors. Pros: Most people who live here are really kind and friendly.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Ralph who was very attentive and professional. Definitely looking forward to living here within the next year as I am moving from out of state.

Worse place to ever rent from. DO NOT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. The Arbors at fortmill was one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve ever had.
