I have to say the maintenance man John is absolutely great! Usually when I have a maintenance request he comes and gets the job time. He communicates very well. He is always on top of things and even when he’s just riding around in the neighborhood he always wave, very pleasant.
My daughter's experience from beginning to end was amazing! We are not from the area and didn't know much when we picked her first place, but this new place is awesome. Victoria was amazing in the leasing office. Im happy with the area, my daughter loves the place, and yes, definitely 10/10 would recommened
STOP DO NOT LIVE HERE if you can ignore the constant gun fights, cops being called, broken glass in the parking lots, mold problems, constant "renovations" that shut down the amenities they offer for months at a time, the roaches, how useless management is when maintenance workers damage personal property then this place is perfect for you. I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and I can honestly say the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff has been absolutely amazing every step of the way — professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. Even after I turned in my keys, they continued to go above and beyond with their customer service, which really says a lot about how they treat their residents. Pretty long term resident here. Just wanted to shoutout to the maintenance for always being quick and efficient. AC unit wasn't working this afternoon and within an hour Cleo and John got me up and running within 10 minutes. Appreciate it, especially in this heat.
