I stopped by one day just to compliment the manager because I’ve visited this community several times while seeing friends, and I’m always impressed by how clean and well-maintained it is, especially for a more established property. Do not trust these people or the reviews, the office is constantly begging tenants for 5 star reviews. I lived here for 3 years, they jacked up my rent by $300 after the first year, and they never once fixed a maintenance problem I had including mold growing on my walls and ceilings. When it came time to move out, I gave them two months notice per the lease. The next day, over the phone, they told me I could move out earlier and only pay prorated rent from the beginning of the month up to the day I moved out. Obviously I scr... read more
