The Arbor’s is a great place to live. I love my apartment but my only issue for me is the noise from the loud car radios coming in and out of the complex. ! I live right at the entrance and the cars coming in and out can be very loud. The management staff, Victoria, Tim, Wallace are always very friendly and personable and very helpful. Love the granite counter tops and the wrap around balcony and Ms Wallace was very attentive and helpful with all our questions and requests
Very disappointed after 3 years of living here. I’ve been a punctual and responsible tenant for three years, but the management has shown a serious lack of consideration for residents. I was given an unfair fine for disposing of trash in the designated area within the complex, with the absurd excuse that I’m supposed to find a place outside the property for certain items—despite there being no clear communication or guidance on how to do so.
