Barry Pleasant management staff very helpful maintenance department
I moved in October, Lynette was extremely helpful. I had a slight issue with the drain in the bathtub, it was resolved the same day I called. I like the ability to pay rent online, makes it easy with my schedule. New add on to my last review, I had a payment issue, on my end and Lynette was awesome working it out with me! Always fast on a call back and very helpful!!

I’m a first time apartment renter, and Lynette in the office was so helpful and supportive to me, she made the whole process easy and got me the keys quickly. I have no problem with the people here, they’re very nice and friendly, just trying to get you into a nice apartment. I’m happy with my unit, they just finished painting and making it look nice, and it’s great, I have no complaints. I would recommend to anyone for a first time home, or even for a seasoned apartment renter, this is great.
