I am currently a resident and have a two year old daughter. I've been lied to from day one. These apartments are infested with cockroaches. The A/C does not work properly I was told to buy a fan when I asked to replace the A/C. I found cockroaches in my refrigerator. It took them a couple months to replace this fridge and now they are trying to find a way to compensate for the refrigerator.
Affordable, but you really get what you pay for. The walls and floors are very thin, so you can hear everything going on around you. The staff are cold and uncaring. The original lady who helped my husband and I move in, was very nice, but on the day we got our keys we were informed (very rudely) that she didn't work there anymore. The lighting in the apartments are minimal and dim and shelf space is inadequate and the fridges are too small.
Rude employees who don't show up to open on time, steal your mail, and don't care about their residents.
