My husband and I are going on three years living at The Arbors. The community and staff are great. Highly recommend.
Very kind, informative staff. Quick to respond and super friendly. All our concerns regarding the apartment and our portal and maintence etc are answered in a timely professional respectful manner.
for years, security never enforced the parking permit rule, then suddenly cars were authorized by security and towed overnight with NO notice or warning, costing $500! no email or slip was given. parking is horrendous, it's practically full before 5 pm so expect your guests to walk long lengths for parking bc even the guest parking is full of ppl with permits. Also, they don't clean in front of the apartment area (leaves, dirt, etc.) so expect to do that yourself, frequently. also, don't go near the turf--it's full of dog po... read more
