Amanda, the property manager, did her job and more! My entire moving experience went smoothly because of her. She answered every message and email so promptly, it felt like she was working for me personally. The apartment was very clean and there were no big issues I noticed during move in. I look forward to living here.

The upside to The Arbor’s is large units for the price. However, Bader management of the property has gone downhill in the last year and a half. Maintenance is non existent and trying to communicate with the office staff (if they’re there) is horrendous. If you are disabled or have any type of walking issues, it is difficult to leave the building because of poor snow removal this year. Lived here for five years, and while the rent and space inside your apartment is great, the building and management leave much to be desired. The positives are simply that the apartments themselves seem to have good soundproofing and space at a good price if you managed to get in at a good time, hence why theres not a lot of people leaving. Still, we put up witb a lot of issues. Some issues include, full ceiling crack leaks in the hallways every year when the heavy rain comes on the third floor.
