I've lived at The Arbors for a little over a year now, and I love my apartment! It's a very unique place. The outside may look common, but the actual apartments are what I like to call a Brady bunch style. Large rooms and walk-in closets, sunken living rooms, 3rd floor fireplaces...with super unique floor plans and entryways, & lots of space! The management is a'ight. Ryan and his partner (didn't get his name) were very professional while fixing our bathroom plumbing. They were very respectful of our space and did an amazing job! They were both very pleasant and informative about our bathroom updates. Thanks so much!
No es muy seguro la gente se roba el correo y los paquetes, es un lugar de no fumar y no hacer ruido después de las 10pm o antes de las 8am y gente fuma en sus terrazas y otros ponen música a bien alto volumen. Nadie sigue las reglas del contrato de renta y si te quejas en la oficina ellos no hacen nada el número después de horas de oficina tampoco ayuda mucho
My bathroom walls are horrible they just spray mold spray on it when the problem is bigger then spray the fix would cost too much money I feel like I'm goi g to get sick living in a apartment with mold I know if it's mold on the outside it must be some in the inside
