I have lived at the Arbors for several years. The positive things are the location, the quality of the people around you and the staff. Amber and Alex are very professional and excellent at taking care of both large and small needs. The downside to leaving here is it can be a bit noisy on Tuesdays as the landscapers are here most of the day. If you do not work from home, this will not be an issue. Overall, it’s an excellent, well-maintained place to live.
Great management and usually quite. Needed to move to a 2BR and ended up staying in the same complex, because it's got the best vibes.
Hello, I/We have resided at The Arbors for over 8 years and absolutely love it here! The management team and owners are the key to this beautiful environment and high quality of living! The community is wonderful, respectful and caring. The property manager and maintenance staff are very responsive and kind. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. The Arbors on Jefferson is an amazing apartment complex. The charming architecture, walkability, and management team really make this place a dream come true. The apartments are comfortable with nice finishes and in-unit laundry, offering a variety of apartment styles with single, two, and three bedrooms.
