Great management and usually quite. Needed to move to a 2BR and ended up staying in the same complex, because it's got the best vibes.

The community is wonderful, respectful and caring. The property manager and maintenance staff are very responsive and kind. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. The Arbors on Jefferson is an amazing apartment complex. The charming architecture, walkability, and management team really make this place a dream come true. The apartments are comfortable with nice finishes and in-unit laundry, offering a variety of apartment styles with single, two, and three bedrooms. Not only that, but the property is beautiful and well cared for. Terrible place. Every time I do a delivery here I have to walk half a mile and when u have other deliveries to do it's quite the hassle. I wish I never got a delivery here ever again Update instead of giving people directions a map or signage pointing you to the correct area so ur not running around in circles figuring it out. It's 2025 make it easier. Imagine someone has a heart attack/stroke and they lose a minute trying to figure out your insane complex.
