Honestly one of the best management/landlords I’ve ever had. They are so nice, and fix issues right away. It’s always clean around, and nice and quiet. I love it here.
Terrible place. Every time I do a delivery here I have to walk half a mile and when u have other deliveries to do it's quite the hassle. I wish I never got a delivery here ever again
I lived at Arbors for 5 years and it was definitely one of the best places I have ever lived. Being a half mile from the center of Carlsbad Village, about a mile from the beach, and with easy access to the interstate, it was an ideal location for me. The apartment manager Amber is totally awesome. She lives onsite, so she is invested in making sure that it is a great place to live. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and it is all thanks to the management of Amber Ferns. She is friendly, accessible, helpful, and knowledgeable. Amber goes out of her way to ensure that everyone’s needs are met promptly and that everyone fees welcome. She advocates for tenants and makes the complex really feel like a community. Great place to live because of the great management of Amber!
I have resided at multiple different complexes throughout coastal north county San Diego, and this has been by far the best experience I've had. Amber and the team at the Arbors are very attentive to any needs we may have, as well as very kind and professional. Great location and amazing place to be!
