Sebastian at the front office has always been a great help. Any time I have questions or issues I never hesitate to stop by. This apartment has treated me fairly since day one and the maintenance team is always on it when you put a request through! This is my first apartment on my own and has been a great experience.
I had a very disappointing experience living at Arbor Walk Apartments. We decided to move because we no longer felt safe. The entrance gate was frequently broken, which made the community feel insecure. The management team was difficult to communicate with and not very responsive. I sent multiple emails, and visited the office several times trying to resolve issues, but I rarely received follow-up or clear communication. Front office is extremely unorganized. We scheduled a tour on two different occasions. Each time we arrived for our scheduled tour time, they would tell us they have available apartments but can’t show us any of them for several different reasons. They handed us a brochure that doesn’t have the measurements of the floor plans/rooms and all pricing is completely blank. It’s as useless as the paper it’s printed on.
