great service Sebastian smooth transition of moving!
This place is a joke. Management unprofessional & power happy. Day 1 knowing I’m moving from another city never got any communication or key pickup time. I call to let them know I was otw and was told “you can’t pick up your key until 3pm”. Ummm .. how about communicate that prior to move in day. So for three hours I had to wait around. Then I get in the office 15 after 3 and my lease was not even created at that point, had to show emails of who I’d been in contact with as well as my payment confirmation. i went to the leasing office to ask for resident wifi for the pool area since i seen it as an option in the wifi options. i told her i live in the complex and sometimes i dont have service at the pool area when doing homework and i was wondering if it was available for residents since i seen it in the network options. she said no and that the back door was closed i said okay. i stood there for a second because i walked all the way from my unit to the leasing office and it was kind of far and a very humid day. i waited less t... read more
