Referred to this complex by a friend considering it was $700 cheaper than what I’m currently paying for rent. After my encounter with Susan I learned very quickly this wasn’t the place for me. She’s very rude and unapproachable.
If you're considering renting this place, you should be aware of one major issue: the walls are incredibly thin. From day one, it was obvious that there’s virtually no sound insulation between units. You can hear normal conversations word for word, phone alarms buzzing, TVs at moderate volume, and even kitchen cabinets opening and closing. I’ve been living here for a year now as a Filipino from overseas. I find this place safe and have friendly neighbors. My daughters can play outside safely and enjoy the amenities. Whenever we need maintenance, they always come to address the issue promptly. I don’t understand why some of the negative comments might be due to feelings of entitlement or something else. However, for us, it’s a great place to live, considering the location and the availability of nearby stores.
So myself and my husband have been in our 2 bedroom apartment for 3 yrs in December, I enjoy the amenities especially the pool, the patio where I can sit an enjoy our beautiful weather! Also a big shout out to our maintenance team they are amazing, if you are nice and smile they will take care of all your issues that arise in your apartment!!!!!
