Can't believe how time flies , We been here for over 5 yrs and don't have any complaints, Rachel and the Staff have always been kind and friendly and never let us Down , If something is wrong or broken they get it fix and repaired right away, Love it here
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The manager Rachel is incompetent. She doesn't know what she is doing. She won't answer the phone claiming she's been in zoom meetings all day. I have personally seen her ignoring the phone calls while at her office. If you get a hold of her by a miracle, she says she will call you back and I have not once received a phone call back from her. I have to show up at the office to speak to Rachel in person. We have issues that have not been resolved with the resident portal, forcing me to pay with a money ord... read more
