This apartment complex is not the worst place to live. The office staff is kind and understanding. Maintenance has been a constant issue. Work orders are marked as completed when the problems were never actually fixed, and communication about repairs has been poor. The maintenance also makes appointments to fix things and never show up. Residents are also told pest control comes monthly, but I personally have not seen pest control services at all in 2026. I love Manny! He is our maintenance personnel and he goes above and beyond to help our tenants here. I'm very pleased to have him at our site. As a resident, I have been blessed to have him help me on many occasions and he does everything with a warm personality and he's very honest. Thank you Manny!
New review: After starting my 7th year at the Arbor, it is still a great place to live! Manuel, the maintenance technician is the best! He is prompt, knowledgeable & very efficient. I love living here!

One of the few bright spots was Rachel in the office, who was always helpful and professional. Since she was let go, the overall management of the property seems to have declined significantly.
