Full disclosure: I'm friends with the owner and staff, and have played and worked sound there a few times. I may be a little biased, but I can say unequivocally that the Arbor Bar is a labor of love for Nicholas, and that Fairfield and the Midwest music scene are extremely lucky to have a place this welcoming and supportive. The environment is comfortable and inclusive, they have a great drink selection and staff, and the quality of events they host is unparalleled in the area, in my opinion.
They took excellent care of us. A touring band's dream! Love you guys!
