There's plenty of good that comes with living at the Arbaugh, but I would be remiss not to let people know about some of the hidden costs/situations you may not anticipate: 1) The electric bills are extremely high in the winter. From what's been discussed with other tenants, it seems to average $400-600/month. If I could give a 0 I would RUN RUN RUN! I am currently at the end of my lease and I can honestly say this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Where do I start.. 1. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors drinking water, talking, sneezing 2. We were told this was family oriented place, but in my experience there were so many incidents where I had to call the police due to neighbors creating and unsafe and non-family oriented environment for my child. 3. I’ve lived here for a year and resigned for 2 more because I liked it that much. Bradley and RJ are really nice and accommodating and I love being in the downtown area
