I’ve been living at The Appraiser Building for almost a week now, and my experience so far has been great! The building is beautiful, my apartment is exactly what I was looking for, and the move-in process was smooth. Haneen was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt, polite, and very helpful in my apartment search process. Patient with my indecisiveness, answers questions thoroughly, highly knowledgeable about the property/surrounding area, and made the application/signing process seamless. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and welcoming.
My daughter recently moved to Baltimore to work a JHH as a nurse. Since we are from a smaller town in Indiana it was a shock coming to a city. It was extremely hard trying to find the “right” place for her. She wanted the JHH shuttle so it had to be in that area. She wanted an updated kitchen and amenities such as a gym and a pool.
