CAUTION! Since I moved out of 103 S Gay St Appraisers in November 2023 they still have not returned my security deposit corrected refund. Robert Zernick added superfluous charges (not in contract) and falsely hiked up the early lease termination fee. They are conducting corrupt and possibly illegal business. What sickens me is the day I moved out I learned for 3 years they were charging me $450 MORE in monthly rent than the actual rate of that apartment. Haneen was my property manager at PMC Property Group and made my transition to Baltimore seem-less & with less stress. I appreciated her honesty and urgency to respond while I was relocation. From touring the building to getting my application completed and approved in a timely manner. She’s definitely your go to. The appraisers building is as good as they come at its price point. I don’t live here . But, I dropped off an order on the seventh floor. In order to get into the building you have to enter a code into the side wall. Because I was dropping off groceries I had a LOT in my hands including an entire case of water. The “front desk “ lady ( old , black , glasses and short ) literally sat there on her phone while watching me struggle and didn’t even buzz the door open to help out. I dont ask for much from big corporations that I rent from, but my AC has been broken for 2 weeks in the middle of a heat advisory and NO one seems to care. the property manager is screening my calls now, I feel so ignored.
