Haneen was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt, polite, and very helpful in my apartment search process. Patient with my indecisiveness, answers questions thoroughly, highly knowledgeable about the property/surrounding area, and made the application/signing process seamless. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and welcoming.
My daughter recently moved to Baltimore to work a JHH as a nurse. Since we are from a smaller town in Indiana it was a shock coming to a city. It was extremely hard trying to find the “right” place for her. She wanted the JHH shuttle so it had to be in that area. She wanted an updated kitchen and amenities such as a gym and a pool. This review is for Haneen and not the apartment itself since I just recently moved in. Haneen was very helpful in my apartment search process. Once the original apartment I wanted was unavailable, she worked with me to find another one that I liked. She helped me complete my application and made sure I was able to get approved. She answered all my texts/calls in a timely manner and always had a very polite and positive attitude. I am grateful that she made my transition to Baltimore easy and stress free.
