Dan, is an excellent instructor. He genuinely cares about his students. I enjoyed my time at The Appraisal Place and School. His staff is outstanding as well. After learning the curriculum I was able to pass the Appraiser Trainee exam (via) 1st attempt and attain my license from O.R.E.A.
I have been taking live classes from The Appraisal School in the past few years. The instructor (Dan) is very knowledgeable in the subject matters he teaches.
I just completed another live class at the Appraisal School. The live class room setting, instructors knowledge & passion for teaching, and interaction will fellow appraisers of all levels. Provides a far superior learning experience, than any on line couse could possibly provide. Not to mention the fellowship between appraisers who normally work alone is beneficial in many ways. Grateful that live classes are still available, and we are not forced to bow down to the latest technology all of the time..
