Purchased a dishwasher that appeared to be in like-new condition only to find out it had much larger problems, such as a broken door hinge pin and a broken frame. Seller ran me in circles for over four months and eventually stopped answering my calls. Samsung will not honor the warranty due to physical damage and I am out a large sum of money. You can do much better than to deal with this "seller".
Bought a washer and dryer from here with a 6 month warranty on it. I washed and dried 1 load of clothes and the dryer did not dry them. The owner of the store was supposed to come out and fix it and did not show up 3 times in a row. Not only did he not show up but he didn't call either of those times I say that he wasn't going to make it. Then he didn't even give us all of our money back. It's a very small business that sells crap appliances that will be the first and last time that I will buy used appliances.
