Coastal Appliance Outlet really helped our family when we were in a pinch. Our dryer started acting up, and the CAO team offered to send a service technician out to take a look. What impressed me most was that their focus wasn’t on immediately selling us a new appliance it was on figuring out what the problem was and how they could help. I had an excellent experience with Kenny from Coastal Appliance Outlet! He was incredibly responsive and easy to work with from the start. Kenny and his crew were beyond wonderful! They went out of their way and after hours to help my 89 year old father who was without a working refrigerator. We were 500 miles apart and they made it all work out in about 8 hours. Great people great company! I plan on using them again.
Excellent customer service and easy to work with! Got a top of the line luxury range for 70% off retail. Would highly recommend at least looking before purchasing full price anywhere else. They have a showroom floor and the ability to search for something specific.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were in a crunch for a washer and dryer for our STR, and they came through amazingly! We showed up to the showroom and they loaded us up right away with a brand-new set. The staff was super courteous, put corner protectors on all items, and even let us borrow their bougie dolly so we could tackle the setup quickly. Highly recommend this team for fast, professional, and friendly service!
