I purchased an oven and dishwasher. It was nice to walk in and have someone approach me. He spent a great deal of time answering my questions, comparing models, and looking up options. There was no pressure and when all was said and done, I was very comfortable with the choices I made. The delivery and installation guys were on time, courier, and made sure I knew how to operate everything. I will be back, and I will never shop for appliances at one of the Big Box stores again.
Mark was very polite and went above and beyond to get the parts needed for my washer. These guys go out of their way to work around your schedule. Superb customer service! Highly recommended! Thank you!
The appliance place is the only place to get appliances. The people are amazing and know what great customer service is and demonstrate it at every encounter! Thank you Reid for helping solve an issue (not with The Appliance Place but with LG) and thank you to the young men who installed the new microwave. The Appliance Place has exceptional customer service. Mason and Chase just delivered a new washer and dryer. The made sure everything was working and leveled. Put our door back on utility room. They were polite and well mannered! Shop local! It’s worth it.
