fun looking around I went into Friedmans Appliance Center to see if they could repair my 10 year old microwave. While waiting in line, I noticed their other appliances. We don't really need any other appliances, but it was fun to look. They were able to fix my microwave at a fair price as well.
Highly Recommended Two and a half years ago, I re-did my kitchen and chose Friedmans for the purchase of all my new appliances. Their expert staff were a great help in making the right choices for our needs. Recently, I had a problem with my oven, and the sales associate I worked with two years ago helped me work directly with the manufacturer to get it resolved. Great Service! I don't know what my son did, but he killed our microwave. So I went to Friedmans because it was close by. They had the white microwave by Sharp that I wanted and it was on sale for less that the big box stores! My salesman, I forget his name, was very sweet as well.
Friedmans beats the best Friedmans is really good. They totally beat out big box suppliers and I was really happy with the fridge I got from them. They're customer service was pretty quick and friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all for delivery I think it was like a week or less.
Poor customer service Customer service after the sale is very poor. The sales people aren't very knowledgeable or willing to help resolve problems.
Awesome Store! Friedmanâs is the best of the best in Kitchen hardware! I remember being at a total loss when I started remodeling my kitchen. I still didnât know what kind of appliances that I wanted. I know I wanted something modern, but which oven was the best for me? Then I found Friedmanâs online, and they were so helpful! I called the number, and they got me the appliances I needed!
