I like to shop “local.” Called to inquire about a product and NEVER received a return call. Shameful.
Lengthy but informative review coming up. My washer (that was purchased from the appliance center last year) started leaking specifically from the water pump. I know this because I pulled the front panel off and saw it. I am 100% unfamiliar with washers and tools. So I called The Appliance Center to ask them to come look at it. Had a great experience with Doris choosing kitchen appliances after Hurricane Michael. She was professional and knowledgeable and freely gave her honest opinion. She shared important information that I would have never thought of if I was shopping alone.
Absolutely the best experience possible. I had a horrible mess dealing with a big box store...... I want say the name but the colors are Blue not Orange. I made a phone call and they called me right back with a price. Best of all a great price for beautiful appliances. They installed them the next day and I couldn't be happier.
I will never purchase an appliance anywhere but appliance center! �
