I live 1.5 hours from Salina but was desperate to find a part for my washer since our local repair shops didn’t have one in stock. I called and spoke with John, who gave me advice on how to temporarily fix my machine until I could get a part shipped. Ordered a part for washing machine, picked it up and when installed it was cracked. After flooding the floor twice I realized there was a crack in the new part. I emailed photos and they offered no solution to the problem. Disappointing experience.
I just went in to get parts for my dryer, not a big thing. I was greeted promptly by the parts department. They identified my part, had one out in a matter of 60 seconds, removed it from the sealed box to compare, and tested it with an ohm meter to assure it was proper. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Customer service is something we lack in this word, These folks have it figured out. Thanks for your help
