After my son’s iPhone broke I came to get a replacement. Friendly and helpful service and the process was so simple and fast. Transferred the SIM card and purchased super quick!
Called in to verify if a product was stolen or not & was told screw off. The employee working answering phones at 11:24am was absolutely rude & hung up on me after asking for his name. Would not provide his name to properly make a complaint, very shady business with zero motivation to help the public. My MacBook Air was having some software issues and I brought it to Apple Xchange and they are truly miracle workers!! When I originally brought it to Best Buy they told me my computer was not good anymore even though it was still recent! But Apple Xchange told me that was not true and my computer can most definitely be fixed!!! Everyone at the store was extremelyyyy nice and always kept me updated on the status of my computer! I would most definitelyyyyy recommend this store to fix your Apple productss 10/10 for me !!!
I brought in my macbook and Alan had it repaired 4 hours later and ready for pickup, there was great transparency and detail about the issue and luckily mine was a simple fix. The speed and quality of service is remarkable, very professional and kind. Thank you so much!
