Very friendly staff, needed a key fixed on my keyboard and they found it only needed a quick fix.
I stopped by the Tempe store this afternoon and was greeted by Alan C. He was waiting on another customer but assured me he would take care of my needs very soon. That's exactly what happened. He resolved my issue in less than a minute as well as giving me peace of mind about a potential hacking issue with my phone. It was less than 4 minutes from the greeting to resolution before I was on my way. Thank you Alan!!
Came back from vacation and my Mac Air was frozen and touchpad wouldn’t budge either. Came in and James fixed the issue in 30 seconds flat with a smile!! It needed a reset that I had tried but didn’t do properly. This place has helped me with laptop issues in the past and they are always so efficient and nice!! Highly recommend!!
