My family found The Apple Xchange via a quick google search. A family member then contacted and spoke with a gentleman whom was both helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is ample and not a problem finding the store in Tempe. Upon entering the layout is impressive. Well thought out, attention to every detail. I have been coming to this location for almost 4 years now and I am always pleased with their customer service, prices, and repairs. They have replaced 2 phone screens, 2 phone batteries, and the battery for a Macbook Pro. Service is efficient and high quality. I always come here before going to the Apple store!
