Very friendly staff, needed a key fixed on my keyboard and they found it only needed a quick fix.
I stopped by the Tempe store this afternoon and was greeted by Alan C. He was waiting on another customer but assured me he would take care of my needs very soon. That's exactly what happened. He resolved my issue in less than a minute as well as giving me peace of mind about a potential hacking issue with my phone.
