They understood the problem immediately and fixed it while I watched. There was no charge because it was just cleanup. They also solved an older problem that I had just been living with. Excellent service.

This morning, I called the store and asked them what the replacement cost of my screen would be on my MacBook Pro. The guy said confidently between six and 700. I told him I’d bring it based on that quote. When I get here, they bumped me to $800. I asked how could your price jump up $100 now that I’m here in the store. The attendant had no answer other than this is what the owner told me to do. I would find somewhere else to get your apple repairing. I do not trust these people.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly. James helps me when I come in here panicked because I’m not very knowledgeable or familiar with computer problems. Thank you to the whole staff for rebuilding the motherboard on my MACbook

My phone was beyond repair and these guys helped me fix the screen just enough to recover my Apple ID and all my data so I could transfer it to my new phone. This was even after the Apple Store told me it wouldn’t be possible! Highly recommend. Great prices too.

I am very very very satisfied with their service today their customer service was the best both gentlemen were very pleasing to deal with and they handled every customer coming through that door with understanding as to know how important a phone is to have I walked in leaving and divorcing my previous phone service fixers because they became so responsible with my merchandise and they were so unreasonable with the prices and the owner had hired two gentlemen that were very disrespectful and unknown customer satisfied.
