A long time between haircuts and I knew I needed someone with patience, creativity and good conversation. Laura checked all the boxes- She asked all the right questions, explained her plans for attaining my Dream Haircut and we spent a fine time chatting,laughing, snipping, cutting and making my crazy hair look great! I was very impressed by her meticulous care. She understood exactly what I wanted. Of course I'll be back!
after two years of going to richmond for all of my haircuts and trims, it was a great relief finding this salon and stylist; laura faehner.
