I had a great experience at the Apothecarium in the Marina District today! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted when I came in, but Austin was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward something that worked for me and helped me find a reasonable deal. He was personable, polite, and respectful throughout the whole experience, and genuinely made me feel welcome. He even put a smile on my face! Excellent customer service!! Thank you, Austin, for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back!
