This dispensary is extremely hit or miss. I've had MULTIPLE instances of missing product in my sealed packaging such a joints, and security and management can be pretty rude if you call asking questions...which makes them unapproachable. I literally told one of them I'd start going to Grow West and was told to go ahead after calling in and asking a question being told I could be worked with and then turned away after I wasted my gas money.
Been going here as a medical patient for a few years now. Had a 2g vape clog and leak. Was 8 days old and half full. There policy was 7 days 3/4 full for exchange. I didn't want another 2g cart. Which they didn't have in stock anyway. Just the equivalent of what was left. Still couldn't help me! I spent thousands of dollars over the past few years as a medical patient here and have 1 issue and they treat you like this. Its BAD customer service. Why would you risk a losing a good customer over a half a vape ?
