A.T — hands down, this shop is A++ Quality & customer service. I was helped by the manager and the lady named strange. They went BEYOND for me, I had a question about there deals with quality of the flower. The managers customer service skills, showed character and the want to make me happy with my purchase, she added a huge discount for me on top of marked down flower, I was astonished on how pleasant and genuine she was with me and gave me all the information I needed for future purchases. I got a good deal on all of my Cannabis needs again
Guy at the front desk was cool and welcoming, but the short goth grandma was not so much. felt racially profiled as soon as she called me back. I Definitely wasn’t given the service as the white folks right before me. Gave me an attitude the entire time n gave me dirty looks as I left, sighing like I was a problem and told me to be grateful. Probably won’t come back.
