I have been a resident at this apartment complex for sometime. Yes, it is a lovely place and the management group for the maintenance of the facility is very kind and will work with you on executing work orders or any immediate needs. However, recent changes to the sanitation and trash removal have caused ruckus inside of the building between us tenants. The property owner recently decided to switch over to a contract and sanitation Cleaner instead of In house and it has led Trash, build up and cleaning tasks to go on a down... read more
Love love love the hub.schneider development is excellent with their tenants and they are quick to respond to my needs here. The apartments are gorgeous and our neighbors in the building are friendly / professional. Great maintenance staff, clean grounds and couldnt ask for a better place to call home!!! Quiet, cozy and a great group of folks here that occupy this building. What more can you ask for
