I lived in these apartments for 4 years and one thing I noticed consistently is, their promptness to any kind of maintenance requests. The office always took my calls and resolved any concerns that I had, amicably. Justin and Arie are very courteous and friendly. Easy to deal with. Apartment buildings have all common doors locked and can be only buzzed in by tenants, which is a great security feature. The leasing office ignores calls and maintenance requests, they advertise as a safe complex but roommate and I had our cars broken into and the office ignored our requests for any kind of safety improvements such as more lighting. Apartments have ants everywhere and were told it is our responsibility.
