given one parking spot but allowed 2 cars good luck finding a parking space. Charged 900 dollars for when i lived there 4 years for carpet cleaning even when i was paying well over what the place was worth. Maintenance was decent and the only redeeming factor. Dog park wasnt well taken care of. Garbage bins are aways over filled and not well placed. Do not recommend.
