I have lived here a little over a year. The new manager Christen is very knowledgeable and helped resolve my concerns. I have referred several family and friends to this property.
Do not rent here!! The apartments aren’t bad, but the leasing office is awful to deal with and impossible to get a hold of if you aren’t able to go in person during the work week. The worst issue I had with them was when I went to return mine and one of my roommates’ keys on the last day of our lease. The woman at the office told me everyone on the lease had to turn in keys in person or send an email saying I was allowed to turn in their keys or they would KEEP CHARGING RENT PAST THE END OF THE LEASE. I’ve been living here for three years, and I’m really happy with the maintenance work. They’re always on top of ticket requests and even check in to make sure everything is completed.
Had a tour today at these apartments. I read some reviews of the attitude of office staff and was a bit nervous about coming. I would definitely say they must have solved that issue because Mrs. Dasha was the leasing agent i meet with and she was great ! Very professional, knowledgeable, and actually showed me around the apartment instead of just standing to the side when we walk in like most places I've seen. I definitely would recommend requesting her for your tour if possible. The 5 stars are for her alone.
