Mahtab is the only maintenance guy that gets work done for me. He is very pleasant and will make sure your problem is fixed. If what he needs is not available and he promises to come back, he will be back, same day. I have had maintenance complaints in the past, but since when this guy started showing up at my apartment, I am at peace. I don't have to go to the leasing office everyday for the same complaints. They only care about the front looking good. No one has done anything far as this snow and cleaning it up. Most parking has large amounts of snow and I’ve only seen them clean up the snow in the front but come in the back where the residents don’t have parking and arguing over parking spots due to not having no where to park. It’s been over a week almost 2 and my family called and they said they are working on it and hung right up on him. Very disappointing

Diamond Ridge got two maintenance men that always get the job done. No. 1 is Mathab. He is always pleasant and takes care of whatever the issue is, never disappoint. The other person is Nick. I really, really appreciate the work they've done. Thanks guys!😊😊😊
