69 degrees is my current temperature at 9:57 P.M, this morning it was 64 degrees. IT’S FREEZING in my apartment, outside temperature is 41 degrees. I spoke to Kendra 2 1/2 weeks ago and then I spoke to a Tia I believe that’s her name a week.ago. I called Emergency number over the past weekend. I went to the office last Thursday spoke to Africa and so- called manager Latoya, who told me someone would be out the next day. The next day would had been Friday.
