Mahtab is the only maintenance guy that gets work done for me. He is very pleasant and will make sure your problem is fixed. If what he needs is not available and he promises to come back, he will be back, same day. I have had maintenance complaints in the past, but since when this guy started showing up at my apartment, I am at peace. I don't have to go to the leasing office everyday for the same complaints. Don’t even waste your time tryna get an apartment over there…. The people at the leasing office are very lazy and disrespectful.
They only care about the front looking good. No one has done anything far as this snow and cleaning it up. Most parking has large amounts of snow and I’ve only seen them clean up the snow in the front but come in the back where the residents don’t have parking and arguing over parking spots due to not having no where to park. It’s been over a week almost 2 and my family called and they said they are working on it and hung right up on him. Very disappointing

My experience here has highlighted several ongoing issues with maintenance responsiveness and overall property upkeep. Maintenance requests often take a week or longer to be addressed, even when the situation involves potential safety concerns.
