On-Site manager is very responsive to tenant needs. UPPER management REALLY needs to visit properties for which they are ultimately responsible. Eliminating full time, on-site maintenance, w/o contingecy, in December, is unprofessional and irresponsible. Snow and ice, security, health and safety are winter issues that cannot be left to a 12 hour on-loan ”fill-in staff” in a building of this size.
