They allow the other tenants to smoke in the units. The neighbor smokes cigarettes so much it makes the entire hallway smell like a Motel 6. Went to complain about it and they deflected and told me they are allowed to smoke in their units. It stinks here and no one cleans up after their dogs
I was very pleased for the maintenance work that was done on my washer by Doug and Don both were very professional and very knowledgeable as well as respectful upon completing the work they made sure the area they were working in was left clean. On 22 April 2025 Doug and Gavin responded to my apartment in regards to a blown out kitchen light, upon talking to me they explained they would have to install a different type of lighting and that the light would be brighter, they further explained the new lights could be adjusted a... read more
Me and my family have lived here for the past 5 years, and have nothing but great things to say about it. Not only are the apartments well taken care of, but each and every employee here is kind and always ready to help in anyway they can. The property manager is so kind and you can tell she really puts everything into being a hands on property manager manager. I’m so lucky to be able to live in a clean, safe environment.
