I want to sincerely thank Gavin from Charlestown Crossing for responding so quickly to my tenant request. After some extremely filthy neighbors left a terrible mess in our breezeway, Gavin addressed the issue promptly and made sure the area was cleaned. It was appreciated to see someone take residents’ concerns seriously and handle the situation without delay. Thank you, Gavin, for your professionalism and quick response.
The maintenance was wonderful today. Always prompt respectful and kind. Did amazing work.
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I love it! Maintenance problems are fixed the same day for emergencies (heat/ac) or next day for non emergencies. Peaceful, safe and clean! All around great place to live!!
