If you want to move into a place that holds you to your lease after you surrender the apartment during a global pandemic , then this is the place for you . Then they nickle and dime you to death during that that same time with charges .( they sent me a gas bill for the time period after the apartment was surrendered ) I'd be willing to bet no one has ever gotten the security deposit back , the list of requirements they expect you to do to get your deposit back is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen .
