She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in my new apartment. The selection was more han I expected. She made the entire process painless. I asked Judy for help and she listened to me, and made every effort to show me the apartment, and check my references, so I could move in as soon as possible, as I was moving back to Worcester in two weeks. She went the distance for me and I am grateful.
Typically does not return phone calls or any e-mail you send them. However, has some good properties. If and when you do hear from them, it is usually good news. Be persistant with calling them. Very Persistant.
Mayne mistakes, I figured they would be more orgazined and well informed about the place they were showing us. Was late to many meetings as well.
