Apartment Company caused damage to our vehicles and completely ignored us. While Apartment Company was performing work at our apartment complex, our vehicles were splattered with paint while properly parked, causing visible damage. We immediately reported the issue and were asked to provide photos and repair estimates, which we submitted promptly. The manager(maggie)at sunset ridge in reno is a straight hater. Very unhappy. The apartments are maintained, lots of trees & the tenants are good people.Luckily managers come & go
The apartment company is a scam. The management will be nice to you just so you can rent with them. Once you sign the contract get ready because they charger for everything and want nothing outside of their balcony. Also, there’s so much car vandalism and only one parking spot unless you want to pay extra even if you have 3 bedrooms. The tow truck is there circulating just to tow cars.
