I’ve worked with Meredith for nearly 4 years and she’s been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She doesn’t pull punches, but she’s not harsh either. Meredith helped me out of the darkest time of my life and is an incredible mental health practitioner. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight how incredible of an ally she is.
