I highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere for OCD! One of my family members saw a therapist here and they did absolutely nothing for them. After all that money and time that was spent, their OCD is still the same and even worse than before. Approved by the International OCD Foundation or not, I would not recommend The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center as a first line of treatment for OCD. The therapy was unhelpful and a waste of money! Far too expensive for what is provided. At $175 for 45 minutes one should expect a miracle but alas the same old cognitive therapy just wrapped in "we specialize in anxiety and OCD" so we can charge more and have shorter sessions. Ask yourself, how can a once a week 45 minute session change the way you think and reduce your anxiety? I recommend you continue your search and not be promoted by this so called high end miracle specialist.
