UPDATE AFTER MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: My original experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At check-in, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. I knocked, and a woman who had been taking a shower opened the door. This was an uncomfortable situation for both of us and, in my opinion, a serious front-desk error. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great to have a bathtub and a fridge. Main complaint was the faulty AC during a heat wave. We called front desk and they told us to restart it but it didn’t work. Not the most comfortable night but otherwise a decent hotel.
Danielle at the front desk is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us! Top tier service.
