Sick and tired of extra fees now there’s a 50 Cent fee at the restaurant, not including the freaking taxes, they can take it out of the politicians pocket. They can take it out of the marijuana pocket, why don’t they leave us the hell alone
The Good: The front desk staff is top notch. Every person we spoke with was so friendly and helpful. Great location! Very close to Tejon street. We walked to many good restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. The Bad: Housekeeping doesn’t come by everyday unless you request they do each morning. Even when they did “freshen up” the room they didn’t clean spotty mirrors or replace toiletries like most hotels. They don’t offer Netflix so tv selection was poor. Would you like to step in literal waste every time you leave your room? Then you're in luck at The Antlers Hotel! After more than 48 hours, and 5 unanswered inquiries between myself and other guests, the dog poop remains on the floor directly in front of our room. Luckily for us, we check out today! Not so lucky for one of our neighbors who decided to walk to the pool barefoot. Consider a cleaner hotel on your next visit to Colorado Springs! If literal POOP is not a priority to them, then what exactly is?
