No clue if the therapy is quality or not. The staff was extremely rude when booking. I felt like an inconvenience beneath them.
To start on a positive note before getting into the bad, I really liked the therapist we saw at the Antioch group. She has left to start her own practice and I am moving forward seeing her there. She was always super professional and helped get us an evaluation we needed. Now onto the bad things. The billing department is awful. They demanded full payment for an evaluation that our insurance said they would partially cover, and now we have a large credit on our account. Margret Classen so called therapist had mother and child in the room and both were pushing child to lie so father would get an OP I have audio proof this place is a joke can’t wait until court. This is not slander it’s facts
My therapist here is the best -I've seen her for over ten years now on and off. I highly recommend this place. They offer Christian counseling but it's not overly religious just perfect.
