RecommendedI like how close to the school it is, it is so convenient. I love having my own bathroom in my room. Parking runs out quick though. When I moved in we had discounts in our leases which was a plus.

Great place to live so far. Also great for students (like me) at IUSB given it's literally across the street. No crazy expensive parking permit is definitely a plus!
Terrible place to live. Me and my four girls moved out bc it's so trashy, stinks, and raises rent after you sign the lease.
