How many negative reviews is possible. Unethical, unprofessional and vengeful. Anne Marie Jones does not return phone calls, does not return text messages, and tries to sabatoge a sale when my contract with her was expired. She contacted my professional real estate agent and the buyer to try and stop the sale of my home by stating that I was not being forth coming about my knowledge of my home. Beware of this company!
Anne Marie Jones, worst agent out there. Doesn't return calls or text messages. Seek out any other agent than Anne Marie Jones. BTW you don't need to be a special broker to sell a manufactured home!! Anne Marie likes to tell people that. She had my listing for 8 months and couldnt sell it. I hired a professional and she sold it in 3 days!
Absolutely the most unprofessional home realtor you could ask for. She is a nightmare and doesn’t list your home on multiple listing because she wants all the interest for herself. If you list with her she will continue to reduce your selling price until she can sell it and get all for herself. Stay away from her!
