Absolutely outstanding, we worked with Tracy Thayer and she was so helpful. We were out of state at the time of closing and she went to the property herself with her husband and cleaned things up, went to Lowe's and patched some minor fixes, and even checked our mail while we were still out of state. Even after closing, she kept in touch with us and is so lovely to chat with.
