Staff is very caring, approachable, patient, & informative. Pricing seems very reasonable & they understand we all have budgets.
Dr. Zanaty is wonderful and is the only vet I’m willing to see there. The other vet never seems to value customers there with their pets. Most of the techs are good. Overall, I’ll continue to bring my animals here as long as Dr. Zanaty is available.
Too busy for emergency appointment twice in last month and I have 20 animals. You would think that would make me a great customer with all bills paid upon service. They are more concerned with leaving office on time than helping. I am immediately finding another vet that values my business and the health of my animals. They are disgusting.
Very compassionate and caring staff. The attention and information I needed to know was fully given. Thank you for caring about my senior cat, Buster. Leaving another review for this wonderful place. My Whiskers fell ill and they were very caring and compassionate. Despite his care plan Whiskers had to be guided to the Rainbow Bridge. They helped me through a difficult decision. Thank you to everyone there. I'm including a photo of both Buster and Whiskers (the tuxedo)together as they were very close.
